These terms govern your use of the website at polanel.com (the "Site"), operated by Polanel, Inc. ("Polanel", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What this Site is
The Site is an informational website for Polanel, a partner and channel management product that has not yet launched. Content on the Site, including descriptions of features, pricing, timelines, and availability, describes a product in development and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, and using the Site does not create a customer or contractual relationship for any product or service.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the Site and share links to it. You may not use the Site in a way that is unlawful, that disrupts its operation, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system. You may not scrape the Site to build a competing dataset or misrepresent its content as your own.

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the Polanel name and logo, are owned by Polanel, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party products, such as CRM platforms the product is designed to work with. We do not control those sites or products and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. A link or reference is not an endorsement, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polanel, Inc. and its officers, directors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
